No. Members can earn FordPass Rewards at their participating dealership and view their account online at FordPassRewards.com. However, you do need a Ford Owner or Lincoln Owner account to participate. The FordPass App is necessary to complete FordPass Connect™ modem activation for modem-equipped vehicles to earn Points with your vehicle purchase.
No. Accounts may not be combined, and a member may only redeem from one account on a single repair order or transaction.
FordPass Rewards and Lincoln Access Rewards are designed to align with the member's vehicle. A customer may be a member of both programs, but as separate programs, Points cannot be transferred between accounts. In addition, a member may only redeem from one account on a single repair order or transaction.
Members can see FordPass Rewards Points balances when logged in to their Owner account or in the FordPass App under the Account tab. Five Star Ford Warner Robins can also look up the balance.

FordPass Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned Points, redeemed Points or fulfilled a reward earned through FordPass Rewards for 730 consecutive calendar days. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep Points from expiring.

Yes. Members may use their Points for Ford service, accessories, or anything else that can be redeemed for in FordPass Rewards. This could include a discount towards the purchase of their next vehicle.
It can take up to 30 days for the Points to appear in the member’s FordPass Rewards account. Contributing factors include: the vehicle sale report date from the dealership, the modem activation date and the date the customer joined FordPass Rewards.
